Once you have submitted your completed online registration form, an electronic confirmation of your registration will be sent to your e-mail account immediately. Subsequently you will receive this e-mail with a PDF-confirmation attached listing the programme elements booked.
For cancellations of the registration notified before June 1, 2012 a refund less charges of 30% of the registration fee will be made or is due.
For cancellations of the registration notified between June 1 and July 15, 2012 a refund less charges of 60% of the registration fee will be made or is due.
No refund can be made after this date.
We offer a selection of rooms at various levels of accommodation close to the city centre and the conference venue.
Please make your reservation early. Rooms will be reserved in the order received. Reservations received after June 15, 2012 cannot be guaranteed
We regret that a definitive confirmation of your booking can only be sent to you after receipt of your deposit and credit card data as additional guarantee. Should you pay your deposit by credit card, we will debit your account only for the amount of your deposit. Should you pay your deposit by bank transfer, - the credit card data only serves as an additional guarantee. We shall send you written confirmation as well as the name and address of your hotel after receipt of your deposit and credit card data.
You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation, including your dates of arrival and departure and the name and address of your hotel, after you make your payment via credit card or bank transfer.
In case of changes or cancellation of hotel bookings please notify admicos.Congress in written form.
In case of cancellation until 6 June 2012 no cancellation fees will be debited to you.
After 7 June 2012 the deposits are not refundable for cancelled hotel rooms.
After 30 June 2012 you may be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation in the case that your hotel room can not be sold to other persons any more.
Cancellations within seven days of the first day of your reservation may be charged for each unused night of accommodations.
Please note that cancellations at the last minute are a concern for everyone, so make your reservations carefully.
We offer two student homes, one right next to the conference venue.

Bank transfers may be made without processing fees to the 7th International Rehab Symposium- Account. Please take into consideration that the early bird-registration is applicable receiving the money prior the stated deadline.
